The Hellenic Confederation of Commerce and Entrepreneurship (from now on ESEE) is the owner, creator, and beneficiary of all rights of the website with domain name www.esee.gr (starting now “Website”) and the services provided therein as well as the Responsible for Processing the data that the visitors/users of this Website may declare.
ESEE, an association with the name “Hellenic Confederation of Commerce and Entrepreneurship” and the distinctive title “ESEE,” based in Athens, at Mitropoleos Street and number 42, is the tertiary organization of Greek trade, represents the commercial world and, in general, small and medium-sized enterprises nationally and internationally. ESEE attaches great importance to the legal processing, security, and protection of your data in whatever capacity you communicate or cooperate with us and recognizes the importance of securing personal data and electronic transactions by committing to protect the privacy and security of personal data we hold about you.
ESEE considers the protection and safeguarding of utmost importance by taking all the necessary technical measures and complying with the applicable legislation. The data collected by ESEE are those required and used exclusively for the purposes for which they are collected, excluding any other unwanted use. In any case, all your personal information collected through the electronic contact form is necessary and subject to your full and unconditional consent/consent, which is provided by sending your data to ESEE and is not submitted for further processing.

Purpose of personal data processing
The personal data collected are used exclusively and only for reasons related to fulfilling the purpose of ESEE’s activity, communication with the Data Subjects, and transactions with it.
The details of the subjects who have contacted ESEE are kept on its servers and have been in its facilities for three years.
To process debit transactions with ESEE, these are kept by the period provided by the provisions (indicative of tax, etc.).

print and electronic media or the internet (this Website, other websites, social media, etc.) or any other audio and visual media (television, radio).

ESEE, as a Data Controller, in full compliance with the provisions of the GDPR, satisfies and facilitates the satisfaction of the following rights of the Subjects

ESEE does not, at present, engage in automated individual decision-making.
ESEE will respond to a request submitted by the Data Subject without undue delay and, in any case, not later than thirty (30) calendar days. If it cannot satisfy a right exercised by the Data Subject, ESEE will provide a specific, sufficient, and complete justification.
All actions concerning satisfying the rights of the Data Subjects will be free of charge for the Subjects.
